Special thanks to Bebi! The cocktails at the bar were delicious, especially in the evenings with a view of the sunset. But the highlight has to be the beach – truly stunning. Soft white sand, crystal-clear water, and plenty of space to relax. Whether you wanted to swim, snorkel, or just lay in a bean bag, it was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized island escape!

Located in Gili Air, 300 metres from Gili Air Beach and 6.5 km from Bangsal Harbour, Relax Villas Gili Air provides spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. With pool views, this accommodation features a patio and a swimming pool. Tiu Pupus Waterfall is 21 km away and Tiu Gangga Waterfall is 21 km from the bed and breakfast. I had the best stay in a long time at the Relax Villa on Gili Air. The room was very clean, the grounds and pool were immaculate, and breakfast was freshly prepared à la minute every morning. The fruit platter was truly fantastic, and we were always able to have breakfast right on our veranda. The staff are super friendly and happy to answer any questions about the island; they anticipated our every wish. I truly felt at home and was very sad when our vacation there came to an end. I can highly recommend the Relax Villa and definitely want to return!

Tatasya homestay, a property with a garden, is situated in Senaru, 1.1 km from Sindang Gila Waterfall, 2.2 km from Tiu Kelep Waterfall, as well as 20 km from Umar Maya Waterfall. This guest house offers free private parking and full-day security. The accommodation features free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. I stayed at Tatasya Homestay in Senaru and they were incredible from start to finish. They helped me plan and execute my Mount Rinjani trek and made everything smooth and stress-free. They held my bags while I hiked, arranged a car ride to Kuta after my trek, and even welcomed me back with fresh coconuts. After the hike, they let me shower and rest in a room before heading out, which was such a blessing after three days in the mountains. The hospitality here is top-notch, super warm, helpful, and kind people. That alone makes this place worth staying at. One small downside was that they didn’t mention the hot springs wouldn’t be hot because the lake was too high during rainy season. Also, I did the 3-day/2-night trek, and while it was beautiful, it was pretty brutal. On the second day, you summit at sunrise, hike down to the lake, then up the other side of the crater, it’s a really tough push. I’m not sure the extra day is worth it unless you’re super set on seeing the lake. If you're looking for value and a challenging but more manageable hike, the 2-day/1-night trek might be the better choice. Overall though, I 100% recommend Tatasya Homestay if you're heading to Rinjani. They took such good care of me, and I’m grateful for everything they did.

It is situated 41 km from Narmada Temple and provides a shared kitchen. The guest house offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Location is great, close to the main street, but far from the noise area. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is outstanding, super friendly. This is the best hostel I have been so far. Vibes are 10/10.

We really liked the breakfast options as well, the menu may be a little small but they make sure to give you the best, always! They clean your room every day, making it always feel nice and tidy, and the outdoor bathroom is honestly a dream! Comfortable bed and nice working AC, with an additional fan if wanted! This recently renovated guest house is located 43 km from Meru Temple and 46 km from Benang Kelambu Waterfall. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. The accommodation was modern and very clean. The hosts were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The owner even gave us a ride to the city center. They also regularly checked in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
