I really like the idea of having skylights, they make the kitchen very bright. by the way the kitchen has everything for cooking. Martha kindly provided us with extra coffee capsules. Thank you, Martha. Large refrigerator and washer/dryer. This was very convenient when we returned after rain. There is no photo of the bathroom. It is small but well equipped. The shower works well. The bed is large and comfortable. And the best part is the view of the mountains! Absolutely amazing and stunning view! Highly, highly recommended

The property is recommended by Le Guide du Routard. This was our first experience in a bed and breakfast and we thoroughly appreciated it. The host was friendly, warm, and possessed an excellent sense of humor. The breakfast was generous and accompanied by a variety of options made available to us. The premises were clean, full of charm, and offered a beautiful view of the water. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.

The property features garden and city views, and is 19 km from Kiltimagh Museum. The bed and breakfast also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful place located right in the center of Ballyhaunis, with a long standing presence and a nice history. Despite being established many years ago, the entire hotel feels new and modern. The room was very nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Self check in is also available. Tomas was a fantastic host, he always asked if everything was going well and gave me excellent recommendations for local places to eat and the best pubs for a drink. Everything you need is just a short walk away, and there’s even a lovely coffee shop right below the hotel. I received a voucher for a free coffee. Overall, my stay was wonderful. I travel to Ireland from time to time, and I’m quite sure I’ll be back. This was truly one of my best stays in Ireland, and I can highly recommend it, thanks for everything!

Beautiful linens and furniture. Downstairs is a lovely dining room with tablecloths. Their gourmet, hot breakfast was a beautiful presentation with table servers nearby to serve the guests. The dining area had a coffee machine and assorted teas available to the guests. They also had free laundry facility to use before 7:00 p.m.

We had an amazing stay in Adare House.It was really good value comparing to other accommodation in Westport. Ruth and her family could not have been nicer. Ruth was so welcoming and so helpful about where to swim and where to go. The bedroom was bright and cosy. There was a lovely sitting room for guests, where you could sit and read and where you could make tea or coffee and what a surprise, a big bowl of fresh fruit every morning. We will look forward to going back again very soon.
