We did not expect the excellent food we were served in the restaurant. Our dining experience after a full day of travel and exertion was the highlight of my stay! Getting up for breakfast was also a beautiful culinary surprise. The food during our stay was excellent. We also liked browsing the gifts and keepsakes downstairs.

We went to the local pub owned by his brother for dinner and then breakfast was provided as well as things to make lunches for the next day of hiking. Sean also drove us to the trail the next day so we could continue on the Wicklow way.

The rooms were lovely, clean and the bed very comfortable. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to come back on my next vacation in Ireland.
