Location was close to all. Room #1 was outstanding , just be mindful. It's the only room downstairs so you would avoid the flight upstairs for all other rooms. But also you will hear the noise from the upstairs room. Either way it was excellent. The breakfast was great and our hosts were very flexible with our meals..I even made a mistake with our booking and made it for 1 night instead of 2 nights. After some clarification and adjustments from our host we were able to stay in our room and just pay in cash for the extra night. It was Definitely appreciated and we loved our stay.

Free parking is offered and the Great Western Greenway walking and cycling trail is 100 metres from the property. The town centre, with a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars is a 10 minute walk from the property. A beautifull guesthouse! Since the moment we arrived the host was really helpfull and give us very usefull tips. The house and the room was lovely and the views were amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excelente location within beautiful campus; well stocked shared kitchen. Washing machine is a god send as I am backpacking. Room is spacious with study table, queen sized bed, hairdryer and even a fan! Toilet/washroom is also just perfectly sized and functionally designed.
