The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, close to Hiranandani, SEEPZ, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The host was professional and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. The building is safe and well-maintained, and the apartment had all necessary amenities including a kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Great value for money in a prime location. Highly recommended for both work trips and leisure stays!

It was a very comforting stay and the host is a sweetheart.....I was being a trouble by booking at the very last moment and asking for an early check in at 6 in the morning, but she hosted me so well and got myself checked in without any complaints and got the place cleaned right away. The House is beautiful and well maintained including the sanitary and appliances in good condition. Location is too notch as you get everything 24x7 just below the building. It's definitely Worth staying!

Entire villa is as per the pictures shown on internet. Neat, clean, spacious rooms in beautiful mango wadi. Homemade Food is really awesome and tasty and also very competitive rates. We tried fish thali, chicken thali, fish fry, prawns fry, tisrya.. each dish is very tasty. Service is also very good. One thing to mention, since this homestay started in December they still doing lot of improvements. E.g TV, refrigerator is not there but it is mentioned in booking.com. very soon they are going to add it. I could say this is one of the best homestay in Ratnagiri with affordable rates. Very near to main city. We will definitely visit again and again.
