He is friendly and very approachable, and is looking after the well being of his guests. He is helpful with directions, ideas of activities, getting taxis, etc. He made us feel at home. The rooms are great and the beds were very comfortable (for Indian standards anyway). It is located just far enough from the main road, and provides easy access to everything you want in Darjeeling. Great variety of breakfast was offered over our four nights there.

The room was a breath of fresh air (literally) in the chaotic and polluted city! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room also had lots of modern amenities like an air purifier, streaming platform etc. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is also very central.
