For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. simple but completely clean studio apartment with plenty of space for two people. It was warm and had a kitchen that was perfectly adequate to cook a meal. The bathroom was modern with a generously sized shower. There were two bathrobes as well as towels. It was quiet and with parking right outside. The house is up the hill from the harbour and it was a bit cold (snow everywhere) to walk to the hot pools on the shore so we took the car, but I would estimate a 10 min walk in summer.

Even though check in was late we were allowed to leave luggages In our room early on. The staff was very helpful and even provided a packed sandwich for breakfast since we were leaving early. Lovely views and clean.

The view was amazing and it makes you feel quite independent, as when you get in, you find a paper with your name and room. It doesn't give the "hostel" feeling. It feels like your own home with friends.

At the guest house, the units have a private bathroom. This was our favorite accommodation in the Westfjords. First of all, the price matched the quality, which allowed to accommodate two couples.
