The location is excellent, and so central to the main Piazza. The host, Frederica is just so warm and welcoming and all the additional little extras that she provides (the biscuits both sweet & savory by the coffee machine), her advice on recommendations of places to visit, restaurants to go to, the booking of a driver just made my stay as a single person, to feel so well looked after.

Modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment and shared kitchen / dining. Location in a quiet side street near the station is excellent for train travellers and for day trips to other towns, and it's an easy walk to the Bologna highlights. Sabrina and Mirko were the most friendly and helpful hosts.

Room was big and very clean, with a lot of storage space for people who would like to stay more than one night. Bed was super comfortable, I had a very recharging sleep. Also the owner was very friendly, offering even small gifts. Would recommend!

Alesandro made us feel at ease and gave a few tips on where to get good food nearby. The place was clean and we had everything we could need. Very comfy bed. Additionally, the flat is very quirky with a lot of cool artwork to explore :) The apartment is located in a nice, quiet area. Easy walk to historical centre of the city, approx 20 min.
