Mariachiara is a wonderful receptionist: always available in a few minutes, kind and friendly. The room was clean with plenty of space, modern AC/heating, and a small desk. The bathroom was also nice and had a separate heater. Very convenient location in the city: everything I wanted to visit during my short work stay was a 10-20 minutes walk (at most 30).

At the bed and breakfast, the units are fitted with a private bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay at Terrazza Garibaldi. The place is really clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable. I loved that there was a terrace. Our room was the one that also connected shared space, but there is a divider that separates the area. Also, to be honest even though there were other people there, we didn't really see each other. The rooms are big and also there is a big communal room with a kitchen which I didn't use I was always out and about. Marco is really nice, I would say it's best to contact him before your stay via WhatsApp rather than the booking.com messaging system. Marco was really nice as I was travelling with my 6 year old son, and our flight was early to Naples, and he arranged for his nice associates who were cleaning to let us drop our bags off early. The breakfast is very basic pre-packaged pastries which weren't to my likings but were perfect for my son. There are also tea and coffee facilities with milk water and juice, and the room has a fridge, which gets topped up every 2/3 days. Just to note the coffee machine I think is an espresso machine so the measure is small, I just pressed the button a few more times to make a bigger cup. Only mentioning as I noted a comment saying they thought the machine was not working correctly. The location was great, only a 10 min walk to Napoli Centrale one was and 15 min walk to Centrico Storico the other way. The area is a local area and I had read other comments about feeling unsafe, but I never felt unsafe, it's just like been in any big city in a local area, even visited the local barbers down the road as my son needed a hair cut. It was a nice stay at Marcos place and he was always happy to give advice if needed.

One thing I really appreciated was the easy access and secure parking thanks to the automatic entrance. If you're planning to visit the beach, you can either walk for 19 minutes or drive for just 2 minutes, where the host has additional services right by the sea. The rooms are spacious, bright, and have high ceilings, which keep them naturally cool even on hot days. I slept so well and woke up feeling refreshed! It’s a great place for families, couples, or groups looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. A major highlight for me was the food experience. Just a short walk away, you’ll find some of the best mozzarella di bufala producers in the world, where this famous cheese was originally created. Tasting fresh mozzarella, straight from the source, was an unforgettable experience. The area is also full of delicious local specialties for anyone who loves good food. The hospitality was top-notch—friendly, welcoming, and always available to help. Breakfast was another treat, served in a lovely garden under umbrellas or in a cool indoor space near the pool. They were even happy to adjust it to my preferences, which was a nice touch. Overall, B&B Venere feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for a place with great location, comfort, amazing food, and warm hospitality, this is it. I’d love to come back!

Bike hire and car hire are available at this bed and breakfast and the area is popular for walking tours. A baby safety gate is also available at the bed and breakfast, while guests can also relax in the garden. The views are marvellous. Breakfast is very good.
