This is an excellent opportunity to stay in the very heart of Naples, in probably one of the friendliest hotels we have ever stayed. All the staff were not only welcoming, but also made every effort to ensure that their guests were happy and comfortable. The room was spacious, stylish and immaculately clean, with every convenience, and they offered a fabulous buffet breakfast included. An extra bonus, the restaurant immediately below the hotel (in the famous Spanish Quarter of Napoli) was also amazing. An excellent hotel... we already plan to return and can highly recommend! The hotel itself seems to have some sort of partnership with a larger hotel on the other side of the building for it's management and so they give out the key and kind of manage the coming and going of guests which is interesting...no issues at all, all smooth.
