The place was really clean, breakfast was offered every morning, even when I asked the owner if there was a possibility to iron my clothes, I received a message an hour later that they left me everything for ironing behind the door. Andrea was a fabulous host from checking in and showing us the facilities and giving us a lot of good tips on what to see and places to eat. He gave us the choice of rooms as we were the only guests that evening and we chose the front room. He did warn us it was the noisiest though as it faced the street but we preferred to have the bathroom inside the room. The other rooms have a bathroom across the corridor which is not shared but for convenience we chose the room with the bathroom inside. The property is well situated and close to all attractions. We got a park right outside and did drive to a couple of places but that was more to save time as we checked in quite late after a long drive. The property was clean and comfortable. The shower was quite large by Italian standards and lovely and hot with great water pressure.
