A trip to tranquil Isola Maggiore is not to be missed. Also within a few steps are great restaurants including the Michelin Bib Gourmand, L’Acquario and the breathtaking views from Rocca del Leone. Also truly appreciated the kind gesture of being picked up and dropped off at the station without me asking for it! Could not recommend highly enough.
