We had to leave at 6:30 AM for an early flight out of Rome and he prepared a very thoughtful bagged breakfast for us in our refrigerator. Perfect!! The rooms and facilities are all new and beautifully well designed. You will not be disappointed. The view of the lake is beautiful.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. Very nice place to stay in Frascati. Just a few minutes away from city center. I will definitely go back next time.

The hosts were so kind & helpful. We were collected from the airport for a modest fee. At the end of our stay they even took us to the metro station to make it easier to get our train to the cruise ship without any charge. They were fantastic, really couldn't do enough. Accommodation was perfect, very clean, everything you need. Even complementary freshly baked cake was available in the kitchen. We would have loved to use the balcony and the swimming pool but the weather wasn't too good. The gardens are lovely and the area seemed very safe. We walked to local pizzeria and had the most delicious pizzas and local wine, very cheap. Easily accessable to Rome, bus stop around the corner. Then hop on metro to city, 20 mins or so. We would stay again if we were to come back to Rome.
