The place is very convenient to UNESCO sites, restaurants, yet very quiet. Beautiful. Gracious, kind management.

The en suite rooms come with parquet floors, personalised furnishings, and precious paintings. Perfect location to explore the old town and ztl zone free if you drive. Spacious room, comfortable bed and lovely vintage style interior. The girl at reception(sorry I forgot her name) was very friendly and helpful, she gave us very good suggestions of restaurants and bars. Last but not the least, the owner Michael, he is really caring customer service and you would ask him to do valet parking if you are worried about parking through the super narrow gate in n out the on-site car park.

Lots of attention to detail - it was a delight to return to our room and see little candles alight on the breakfast tables when you passed the dining room at night.

Helpful, communicative owner (Valentino) who spoke good English, allowed us an early check in and helped us with our car park payment. Very clean room, powerful air conditioning, free use of cold water and espresso machine. Fridge in room. Lift. The most comfortable accommodation of our holiday so far.

Parking on site, and very close to surrounding towns and villages. Excellent as a stop over when traveling by car. Hosts were helpful. Check in and check out were very easy.
