The location is at the beginning of the bridge, which is the place that has the best view and at the same time no need to carry our luggages up the steep bridge. The host provides detailed information including parking options and pricing, which is incredibly thoughtful, he even offer to give us ZTL authorization to unload luggage if we choose to park outside ZTL. Communications are fast, effective and overwhelming friendly. Breakfast is a big plus too, abundant amount of pastries are offered, even some savory ones which are very satisfying. The room is carefully furnished, spacious and with great view from the patio, local brand of shampoo and shower gel are placed in the bathroom, really nothing to complain about!

Reception was helpful and welcoming. Nice snacks for offer from the mini bar. Very steep stairs, not a problem for us but may be for travelers with mobility issues.

It was such a hidden gem in Monterosi, Dilyana was very accommodating and her breakfast spread was awesome! The room was themed for Christmas which really adds to the charming atmosphere. I would stay there if ever I get back to Monterosi. On top of that, the Alimentari / grocery nearby would have your grocery needs covered. Elsie the shopkeeper was nice.

I was welcomed by a lovely lady and was impressed by the interior beautifully furnished with period pieces. It is a magnificent Casa steeped in history. The kindness and warmth of the owner and the warmth of the whole family were special to me after a challenging day on the Via Francigena. She even washed my clothes for me The room was large and very comfortable. I wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy relaxing there. This is a wonderful place to stay. Her lovely daughter Maria Luisa spoke english so I communicated with her. Her husband Frank was very kind and gave me a ride to Vetralla which I appreciated. I can't sing their praises enough.

We had just walked a day on Via Fragincena and needed our cup of tea! About 10/15 minute walk into town in evening but Francesca kindly drove us in. Breakfast served on patio. Bacon and eggs which was great after a week of bread bread and more bread! Francesca also helped one of our friends to arrange baggage transfer. Superb. Highly recommend. Thank you Francesca.
