The large room with full kitchen. Serena went out of her way to help me get a pair of pants hemmed. Very responsive to questions and made excellent suggestions for travel to other sites. Very good value.

I liked everything, beautiful location in the middle of the Umbria countryside. Well maintained holiday farm, comfortable and clean room, beautiful pool with view of the valley. Excellent breakfast and service, Nicola super nice and friendly manager who gave us helpful advices. Well located, only half hour to Perugia, 40 minutes to Assisi which is very worth visiting. Marsciano, only 10 minutes driving also offers excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I would love to go back there again.

Comfortable Accommodation: Portica Homes Assisi in Assisi offers recently renovated guest house accommodation with family rooms. We have very kindly welcome of the host! Very nice and helpful lady. The house is beautiful in top location and easy to reach by the parking with instruction of the host. Great I highly recommend!

Staying at Sottoassisi - Guest House was an exceptional experience. The location is ideal — right in the historic center of Assisi, close to major landmarks like the Basilica of Saint Francis, yet quiet and peaceful for a restful stay. The guest house is full of charm, with beautifully preserved details and modern amenities. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. I used Sottoassisi as a base to explore a wide range of Umbrian towns and cities, and it worked perfectly for that purpose. From here, I visited Perugia, Orvieto, Gubbio, Foligno, Città di Castello, Spello, Spoleto, and Trevi — all within a reasonable driving distance or accessible by train. Each day ended with a peaceful return to Assisi, making it the perfect anchor for my Umbrian adventure. The hosts were warm, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at home. They provided excellent recommendations and were always available for any questions or needs. If you're planning to explore Umbria, I can't recommend Sottoassisi - Guest House enough. It combines comfort, location, and hospitality in a truly unforgettable way.

Casaretti Affittacamere - In centro a Foligno, con parcheggio e ampio bagno in camera nằm ở Foligno, cách Ga Assisi 19 km và Perugia Cathedral 39 km. We had a beautiful large room and bathroom, very clean with modern furnishings. In a quiet location but very near to centre just a few minutes walk. Also railway station, was 15 min walk.

Breakfast was perfect, everything you would want plus glute-free options. Highly recommend this property for the tranquility. I would have stayed longer if I had time.
