Had a fantastic stay at this place! Super comfortable bed, clean and well put together room, easy check in, friendly and responsive staff. Sad I didn’t have time to stay longer but will certainly book here again on my next visit.

We had a beautiful large room and bathroom, very clean with modern furnishings. In a quiet location but very near to centre just a few minutes walk. Also railway station, was 15 min walk.

Good communication with the host who is also very helpful. Super clean room, spacious and great aircon. Everything modern. Shower like a pressure washer, very nice. I also loved Foligno, even though it's not really a tourist destination. It made the perfect base, had a good vibe, great restaurants with good value for money and the best pistachio ice cream I had in my life. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed. Perfect location, close to everything including the station and bus stop. Would definitely stay again.
