The town itself is full of charm, and this accommodation made our stay even more special. It is conveniently located just a short 8-minute walk from the free parking lot (P7). The room was modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with excellent heating—perfect for a cozy stay. What impressed us the most was the thoughtful touch of preparing fresh flowers in my wife’s favorite color, which made us feel truly welcomed. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montepulciano!

Anna, the hostess, was very kind, helpfull and (very) patient. She recommended excellent places for food or breakfast/coffee in the town. The room was excellent, in the center of the town, at the highest point. There were restaurants, coffee shops all around, as well as the central piazza. We managed to park our motorbike in the alley right beneath our room window, not actually permited, but since it was just for one night. Montepulciano is very beautiful, combined with Anna's apartment, made our stay worthwhile!
