Modern bathroom with everything you could need to a few nights stay. Breakfast was provided by voucher at a local cafe and was great.

We managed to park our motorbike in the alley right beneath our room window, not actually permited, but since it was just for one night. Montepulciano is very beautiful, combined with Anna's apartment, made our stay worthwhile!

What makes it truly special are David and Sarah – such warm, genuine people whose energy makes this place unforgettable. 🙏 We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They showed the process of the renovation for 9 full months. It has been an amazing experience in Tuscany and i fell in love with Italy because of their cities and hospitalities. Hope you could visit and stay at this place when you are visiting Tuscany. They have a set menu lunch and dinner at 45 and 65 eur / person, but we have not got a chance to try because they have a full day wedding the next day, so it is not serving lunch and dinner. We felt as if we were home. The apartment was so clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was so tasty, made with love by one and only Clara, the good spirit of the farm. Every morning you’ll be greeted by Luna the dog and Francis the cat, and if you’re lucky you’ll get to meet Mitzy the cat, farm pets. Gotta mention Pipo, neighbours dog. So if you’re an animal lover, this is the place to go. And if you are a wine lover, again, this is your place! Hope your wine tasting will be filled with as much fun, laughter, good company and quality wine as our was. Jenny and Steven, we couldn’t ask for better hosts!
