The view from the room was breathtaking. The room was spotless and the service impeccable. It has been the best accommodation we have stayed on this trip. The breakfast is supplied by the cafe a few steps away and is delicious. The staff in the cafe are lovely.

Gabrielle, a seasoned michelin star chef and his wife Aliona opened this hotel in 2023. It was a monastery back in 1800 and they renovated mostly by themselves and their 2 sons. Every corner of the hotel has a personal touch, showing their passion and utmost care to a place they now call home. We truly felt their warmth and hospitality. They showed the process of the renovation for 9 full months. It has been an amazing experience in Tuscany and i fell in love with Italy because of their cities and hospitalities. Hope you could visit and stay at this place when you are visiting Tuscany. They have a set menu lunch and dinner at 45 and 65 eur / person, but we have not got a chance to try because they have a full day wedding the next day, so it is not serving lunch and dinner. The breakfast was varied and prepared with great care and attention to detail. We felt truly welcomed by the owners, Jennifer and Stephen, who are not only incredibly friendly and helpful but also passionate about the history of the farm. They shared fascinating insights and their exciting plans for the future of the property. Our children are still talking about this vacation, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and enchanting getaway.
