Nao was quiet but so helpful to me to resolve my back problem by getting a futon for me. The other staff were very friendly and helpful as well. It's great to have youthful staff. One of the best kitchen I've encountered so far. Only suggestion is to use thicker mattresses. Great hostel!

It is located within Fuji-Hakone National Park, and a 2-minute walk from the nearest Senkyoro Mae bus stop. Our stay at Hakone Fuji Guest House was incredible! The entire place was super clean, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. The highlight of our visit was definitely the onsen—it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in Japan! Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cozy and memorable place in Hakone.
