Now I remember it. 4. The location is so convenient that we spend most of the time in the neighborhood. We walked down to the next metro station and we were surprised that even if it is 2km away, we didnt feel it that far. Perhaps watching the skytree on the way back is so fun that you forgot the coldness and tiredness. Kids enjoyed it too. 5. The host is very friendly and thoughtful. We really appreciate it 6. The building is very close to the railway. Kids found it fun when the train went by. I personally are not bothered either. it is a unique experience.
