This was a beautiful room, very attractive design, spacious and in a perfect area for touring Kurashiki. It is exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and everything was immaculate. Check in was easy. Good communication with hosts, and restaurant recommendations, which was helpful. It’s not a hotel per se, and so no meals included but they provided a basket of fruit and baked goods daily and coffee, so that was perfect for breakfast. It was all we needed. The seating area has a good view over the canal so you could not be better situated.

It's tucked away in a quiet little neighbourhood and this is definitely part of its appeal, and the stay there was very peaceful. I was welcomed on arrival and shown around the facilities, and then to my room, which was very comfortable and spacious, and had a great view across the tops of the houses to the coast. I arrived by car; there's a small car park nearby which wasn't hard to find, thanks to directions sent before I arrived. There are a handful of restaurants in the area, and it's a great location for taking a relaxed evening stroll.
