This felt like the perfect mix of affordability, comfort, and relaxation. It was also so much more peaceful than would have been directly on the beach. They clean everything daily so it's sparkiling. It's incredibly comfortable.

Definitely subira house staff makes the place more valuable. Muhammed is a great manager and chefs have amazing talents. I had the beautiful moringa omelette breakfast and delicious Cashewnut ice cream.

Roof Top House is situated in Lamu, 200 metres from Gallery Baraka, 300 metres from Lamu Museum, as well as 500 metres from 18th Century Swahili House Museum. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Lamu Fort is 60 metres away. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Clean and well-priced accommodation in the center.
