Cleaning is 5 stars.

What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the incredible team that looked after us. Robert, the concierge, was a true gem—always available, endlessly helpful, and so warm and accommodating. Whether we needed recommendations, transport, or simply a friendly face to check in with, Robert was there with a smile and a solution. Duncan, the chef, completely wowed us with every meal. Each dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with passion. Dining at the villa became one of our favorite parts of the day thanks to his culinary talents. Faith, the housekeeper, ensured everything was always spotless and fresh. She worked quietly and efficiently, and her attention to detail made the entire experience feel effortless and luxurious. And Susan, the house manager, was simply amazing—kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we were comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. This villa is more than just a beautiful place—it’s a full experience, elevated by an extraordinary team who go above and beyond in every way. We felt so welcomed, so cared for, and will absolutely return. Highly, highly recommended.

This is an amazing villa, beautiful decor, really helpful and welcoming hosts, great breakfast and tons of attention to detail about everything you would need for a stay in Diani. Close to the beach, the pool is amazing - it's actually a hard place to leave as you just want to enjoy the house and beautiful compound! This was SO worth it we are very lucky to have found this place and will recommend it to everyone we know who is coming to Diani! Thank you both :)

We used 4 of the cottages for our group of 10. The cottages were comfortable and in a great central location. The staff prepared breakfast early each day so that we could meet the scuba diving shop schedules which was very accommodating. The grocery store directly across the street had everything and there are 2 very good restaurants as well. Other restaurants are within walking distance or an inexpensive ($1-4) tuk tuk ride away.

Location: perfect, on the beach, quite area, not so many people, so perfect place for relaxing. Breakfast: great! I really loved the food. I need to say that food was amazing! We enjoyed every dish here, so tasty! Najuma was our room, well, private bungalow. We loved the terrace! Check in: we had some misunderstanding, so room wasn't ready at the afternoon when we arrived, but they handled that so smooth, while we were having a drink, they prepared it for us. Beach: lovely, but don't forget that here is big difference between high and low tide, and that seaweed is there. But that's all part of the nature, but be aware. Perfect white sand is everywhere. Loved the eco way of thinking, so no plastic bottles, bags, straws etc. Really nice place, kind staff and more than that, so lovely and helpful, clean room. I was really satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Also, first impression was amazing, from the moment we've seen the garden and restaurant by the beach. There are some construction works going on, but I didn't have problem with that.
