The house is clean, well-maintained, and the host is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place for both business travelers and solo visitors.

The location in the Gigiri diplomatic area felt incredibly safe, and the property itself is a lovely, peaceful villa surrounded by greenery – a real oasis. It was clear the place was recently renovated; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. My room was very comfortable, clean, and practical with a desk and a private bathroom (complete with slippers!). The free WiFi worked well. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary coffee, tea, and water available anytime, and the variety of board games for downtime. The breakfast was fantastic each morning – loved having options like pancakes, fruit, and a Full English. Beyond the great facilities, what really stood out was the welcoming atmosphere. They truly aim to create a 'home away from home' feel, and I felt very comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend United House for anyone visiting Nairobi, whether for tourism or business.
