In the garden, you can relax under different covered areas, surrounded by plants and flowers. All the staff were exceptional, friendly and professional. In the only two days we spent at Aloe Art Hotel, we always had all the meals there, and I assure you that the chefs are amazing. The menu was decided and confirmed in advance, and it was all fresh and delicious. Before our arrival, Sari, the owner, helped me with my organisational requests. With timely communication, she organised transfers, local guides, and activities in the area (Crescent Island and Hell's Gate). After spending four days in Masaai Mara, we greatly appreciated the laundry service they provided. Sari and her staff organised everything so that we could make the most of our two days in Naivasha.
