The social area quickly became our favorite hangout spot — it’s cozy, welcoming, and a great place enjoy breakfast The pool area is stunning — clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by stunning mountain view. Our kids absolutely loved it, and so did we! It was the perfect way to cool off and spend the afternoon. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Kep. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and social getaway!

Situated in Phumĭ Véal Sbov, 23 km from Kampot Pagoda and 6.6 km from Wat Samathi Pagoda, Mean Mean Bungalow features spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Kampot Train Station is 20 km from the guest house and Teuk Chhou Rapids is 29 km away. The bungalow is very cozy and we had everything we needed. Our host was lovely and made sure we were comfortable at all times. He allowed us to use his fridge and was very helpful with everything. We liked that it was not in the crowded city center.

The property backs onto Kep National Park and from the swimming pool you get a lovely view of the sun going down. Eric the host was so friendly and helped us to arrange a boat trip to Rabbit Island which I would highly recommend at 10$ return, tuk tuks to the beach and the bus depot (2-3$) as well as hiring a moped from them (7$). Everything was made easy for us. The food was homemade and delicious, with prices ranging from 4-6$. We ate there every evening and enjoyed every bite. As a vegetarian I was well catered for. A perfect place to relax and unwind with a pool table, open eating area and all bungalows have a private balcony.
