They pick you up from the airport, drop you off as well. The breakfast is good, you get like 4-5 different menus you can choose from.The hotel has a WIFI per floor and it is very good and fast and if you are having an issue with the WIFI of your floor you only need to connect to one of the other. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. There are always people of the staff available which it is very nice when you need something. If you are looking for a place to stay. This is!

The location is perfect, about 20 minutes on foot from the Pub street and generally is close by all the sights and restaurants. The pool is amazing and the rooms very clean. Breakfast is nice including fresh fruits every day. Wi-fi is superb. The owner can arrange a tuk tuk driver for the temples as well as a taxi for the airport. All staff are always glad to help and assist you.

We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Siem Reap. Although our air conditioner broke during the night and we had an early morning Angkor Wat sunrise tour, the hotel quickly sent engineers to fix it so we could still rest comfortably. What truly impressed us was how the staff went above and beyond the next day — we were given complimentary massages, a free room upgrade, and front-row seats to the Apsara show at ROBAM on Pub Street. Ms. chang ly even walked us there herself, which was incredibly helpful given how busy the streets can be. The service was exceptional. The staff were always checking in and ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony and great views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was excellent. A special thank you to Ms. Chang ly — your kindness and attention made this stay unforgettable. Breakfast was also a highlight, especially the noodle soup — absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Siem Reap. Best price for a brand new room/appartment I could find, modern clean look but with a lot of wood so a home like vibe. Comfortable mattress, good shower, good AC and a own little kitchen with large fridge and freezer and washing machine. Nice large open balcony and a larger roof terrace with nice view in a quiet part of the city but still everything nearby. Owner Boret and his colleagues are very friendly and can help you with any question and request.
