The location in Gemmayzeh is perfect—close to great restaurants, bars, and cultural spots. The room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Beirut!

The property was very cozy and gave off a familiar vibe, which made it very pleasant and comfortable. The bar at the entrance added to the amicability of the experience. Everyone was very supportive, responsive and very helpful. The property was very tidy, very secure, and very clean.

Great location in the heart of Gemmayze, with great eateries nearby, 5-10 minutes walk from Beirut downtown on one side and Mar Mkhayel bars on another, yet in a quiet leafy neighbourhood. The hotel has a great vibe with lots of common areas to hang out in with the staff and other guests.

Close to al hamra , al rawcha , al manara , all facilities nearby. Warm staff, Set Maha and all reception staff very helpfull n charming , doormen Amo Abu Amjad , thank you for your sweet smile and kindness, the hotel cab n driver Mr Abu Mohamed , such a decent person , thanks for the complimentary tea ...highly recommended place , quiet area yet easy access to everywhere.

Great hotel even though a bit expensive. In general very nice staff at the reception and at the fantastic roof top pool. Be aware that the diesel genset creates some noise and some black smoke - but I guess anyway appreciated as it compensates for all the power cuts. Poor cleaning of rooms and very poor service in the restaurant downstairs. however, still a very good hotel all in all. Great location to reach everything and still quiet at night.

Location is great - walking distance to both downtown and marina, and also very quiet street. Excellent breakfast buffet with so many local choices, you won't be disappointed. No issues with electricity, it seems they are well-prepared for blackouts. Rooms are decent size and room service was good.

A nice hotel/hostel set in a nice and quiet neighbourhood (Sursock) on the picturesque Saint Nicholas Stairsway. Staff were friendly and every morning a hearty and delicious breakfast was served. The room itself is comfortable and clean. There is a nice vibe to the place, and the hotel itself has a very charming shabby-chic decor.
