Featuring a garden and views of garden, Rai Villa Colombo is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Colombo, 19 km from R Premadasa Stadium. Housed in a building dating from 2022, this bed and breakfast is 19 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station and 20 km from Khan Clock Tower. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Everything. This is my second time here. I loved it.

The accommodation comes with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with bidet, shower and a hair dryer, while the kitchenette has a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. Some units have a terrace and/or a patio with city or quiet street views. At the bed and breakfast, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Wonderful host with the nicest housekeeper. The building is quite new, very clean and well furnished. Breakfast was amazing. (pictures attached about the dining room) I would 100% recommend to stay here.

With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Amazing location, tucked down a small side street so very quiet but still walking distance to a number of attractions. Friendly staff and great communication, we arrived very late and they kept me updated with detailed instructions on how to get in. Room itself is well done with modern, minimalist design.

Aathma Colombo House features certain rooms with lake views, and each room is fitted with a private bathroom. All units feature a wardrobe. A true gem! This boutique hotel exceeded all expectations. The interior design is absolutely stunning. Every detail, from the furniture to the lighting, reflects a perfect balance between modern comfort and timeless local charm. The staff were exceptional – warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. It felt like staying with friends who truly care about your experience. I can’t recommend this place enough – a beautifully curated space with outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back if have a chance!

Certain units include a kitchenette, dining, and a washing machine facilities. Hotel has so much soul! Rooms are gorgeous with plenty of little beautiful elements and yet functional. A beautiful property with a very relaxed, tranquil feel away from the hustle and bustle of the main Colombo Streets but still a great location to get to places easily . Room was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. Lovely open air dining room where we had the best breakfasts. The staff were very professional and super friendly and helpful. Amazing service from everyone.

At the bed and breakfast, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Rajive and his family have a wonderful house. They live in the property, and make us feel very welcomed. Rajive and his wife are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is great, and the room is very well decorated and spacious with a big bathroom and a balcony. The whole stay felt peaceful, we could hear the birds in the morning. We highly recommend the stay for future guests.

Each room is fitted with a private bathroom. Beautiful property with a very lovely staff. My room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly (WiFi, AC, etc). I highly recommend the hotel! The value is great and it is a welcoming, gorgeous place.
