I especially loved the warm, discreet service. and that most of the staff have been in Mr Bawa's service for many years prior to his passing. They have a palpable sense of love and respect for the late Mr Bawa, his legacy and property. Their reverence and devotion is the most heart warming to encounter and speak volumes for the man we came to pay homage to.

Set in Colombo on a private peninsula by the banks of the historic Diyawanna Lake, Aathma Colombo House provides accommodation with a garden. The location is great, it feels like a resort in the city, it's beautifully done, the staff is polite, the attention to detail is mind blowing and the food was the best we had.

Overall, it was a great experience staying here.

Located in the suburbs of Colombo city, 55TG Boutique Suites offers an authentic home stay experience in a two story 1920's period house with a garden, outdoor pavilion, living room and a lounge. It's a very beautiful hotel. Every piece has a history and is very beautiful. We checked in late but the receptionist was very helpful. I hope to go back to stay again.

The staff were also warm, friendly and nice. They prepared ice towel and orange juice to welcome you. And the breakfast was also a bonus! Generous portion and a variety of options!
