It is so affordable, comfortable and spotlessly clean and the location is perfect with restaurants at your doorstep and a view of Sigirya rock just outside the property. But the best part of this accomodation is the host family, who do everything to make your stay perfect and with genuine care. We also did a cooking class with mum and grandma which was so interesting and many laughs and the breakfasts were the best we’ve ever had. At the end we were so sad to leave but hope to return one day to stay again as we feel like family members. The units at the guest house are equipped with a seating area. Our stay at Corner Cottage was great! The couple where so welcoming and warm. The food they cooked for us was so tasty! We did a cooking class with them aswell, which was so fun and interesting! They took such good care of us. The room is simple, yet spacious and clean, as is the bathroom. The bed was big, so very comfortable for my 2 meter long boyfriend ;) You also have a living area with sofas. If you go to Anuradhapura, I would really recommend staying at Corner Cottage!

Well located in Kandy, Villa Olde Ceylon is a recently renovated guest house, which provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. we loved how the place was designed meticulously by the owner himself. The room is cozy, quiet , surrounded by greens. AC works fine. The owners are friendly and approachable. They recommend us things to do in Kandy as well as easy way to catch the train.

Harsha showed us the local native plants in the garden that they use for cooking. The location is close to Sigiriya Rock and even has a view of the rock from the dining area.

This recently renovated guest house is located 2.6 km from Bogambara Stadium and 2.8 km from Sri Dalada Maligawa. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. We loved our stay at Mystique Hideout. It is a short walk out of the centre on a hill. Because of this it was quiet and we had an amazing view from the balcony. We had breakfast and a few times diner at the accommodation. Both really good. I would absolutely advice ordering your diner here! Homecooked and very tasty and healthy. Suraj and Aileen were incredibly hosts. Very warm, helpful and welcoming people. The Wifi in the whole accommodation worked great and fast.

The room was lovely, and the garden was breathtaking, teeming with birds, squirrels, and mongooses to watch while enjoying your tea. Breakfast was delicious and generously portioned. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, and a mosquito net was provided. Numerous restaurants are just a 5-10 minute walk away.
