Nice place to stay in Galle. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. The location is great, 3 minutes walking to the bus/train station and 10 minutes to Galle Fort. The breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip in Sri Lanka. I definitely recommend this place.

The place is pretty, well maintained, and clean. Nice vibe to chill. All the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the guide for a quick intro to the town, restaurants, and surf spots. I also appreciate the board with upcoming events around. Makai is at a ~6 min walk from the main street and in front of a bus stop in this main street, convenient to go to downtown or surf spots. Even more convenient if you have a motorbike. Some of the restaurants nearby are good so you can just walk to get good food. Would recommend!

We were also provided a tasty breakfast. Would recommend 100 percent

We were warmly welcomed by our host Ajith who made us feel like family. Every morning he would prepare a delicious and abundant breakfast to us on the spot. The property is next to a beach which is as beautiful - if not more so - than the hyped ones in Galle. An overall great experience!

The location was ideal to move around to amazing restaurants around. The colleagues and team was super friendly helpful and just what anyone would expect “ A Warm Heartful Welcome”. The rooms was clean comfy rustic and it felt like home for me personally. The breakfast at the rooftop with the 360 view around and also the breakfast prepared and plated so rustic and filling.LOVED IT!! Perfect spot to come with friends and family if you are looking to stay at AHANGAMA. Easy access to the beach aswell..

We would ideally gatekeep this property because we want to come back again in some years with the hope of getting same amazing experience again! But this property deserves it flowers, amazing vibes, very thoughtfully built with the most intricate details in mind. We would love to come back again at some point and hopefully it stays the way it is :) Thank you.

Awesome location 2 min walk from beach and main street. New room which was clean and nice, basic little kitchen was bonus. Large room, many chairs and desk were appreciated. Definitely recommend.

We spent a wonderful 5 days at Alice in Paradise. The hosts were very kind and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent, offering both continental and Sri Lankan options. We were actually sad to leave. The location is great, and the beach is suitable for children. We also visited nearby beaches and were never disappointed. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area.
