The rooms are comfy, well maintained and come with all the amenities. The staff is very friendly and courteous and provides excellent service. And flexibility at arrangements is also noteworthy. And all of this comes at a very fair asking price. If you're visiting Mirissa area this is the easiest to recommend. But you may have to make reservations in advance. I booked this property based on a review written by a family similar to ours. And the open air bathroom. We are a family of 4 with a 5 yr old girl and 2 year old boy. We rented the large family suite and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Less then 5 mins from the beach, large comfortable double beds with mosquito nets, a shared kitchenette, large comfortable bathroom with hot water and AC. The owners were such lovely accommodating people. The best part was the location. Hiritekiya is an Instagramy digital nomady hotspot, and Jungle Escape is located in the less developed part of the beach. So we were close to everything but in a more tranquil environment.

He was very kind to us, allowing us to borrow and umbrella in the rain and letting us be late with the checkout due to a slow breakfast in town.
