They were calm, courteous, and quick to resolve the issue, and as a gesture of goodwill, they offered us complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay. It was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Once settled, our stay was smooth and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast we received each morning was fresh, varied, and a great start to the day. Mistakes happen, but great customer service is what sets a hotel apart — and in this case, the team really went above and beyond to ensure we still had a positive experience. We’d gladly return and recommend this hotel to others looking for attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere.
