The entire team was very friendly and helpful and made our days unforgettable. Our chalet was very spacious and very tastefully furnished. The kitchen team conjured up a hearty breakfast and a tasty, varied dinner menu from the small kitchen every day. After our excursions in the surrounding area, the small hotel offered a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

I enjoyed my stay with beautiful view and felt like home. It is located near La Prairie beach, which is only few minutes walking distance away. The host responds quickly to your questions and is helpful. The breakfast is great, especially the local fruits are the best! The bed is super comfortable so after a long day of swimming at the beach or hiking Le Morne, you can easily relax.

This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Guests can make use of the picnic area or the year-round outdoor pool, or enjoy views of the sea and garden.

A continental breakfast is available at the bed and breakfast. Guests can take advantage of the warm weather with the property's barbecue facilities. The place is unforgettable- it's pristine, intimate and has private access to the beach. Our hosts, Karine and Jerome were warm and welcoming. They arranged the perfect cab services and helped us plan our stay without taxing our minds. We had fhe most relaxing stay, as the backyard had its own bird watching option and the view of a breathtaking sunset. You'll not see a sunset like that anywhere else. Overall 10/10 in every way. This was the first time we got emotional about returning back home. Thank you for this golden experience. Special shout out to Jimmy who was not just a cab driver, he was a very good tour guide.

Lovely building tucked away on a residential street, easy parking and walking distance to lots of local restaurants, supermarket. Nice pool and rooms are spacious and great. Most of all the host Mathieu is a really great guy and couldn’t have done more for us. Clear instructions, great local tips, flex around check in and out times - just first class. We spent a bunch of time in a big-brand 5* resort before this and honestly now wish we’d stayed only done a couple of nights there max and spent much more time here. Quarter of the price and better overall local experience. Thanks for everything Mat!

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. When we first stumbled upon this accommodation, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Our hosts, Annick and Jean-Pierre, are the most thoughtful, gracious hosts (even when we called Annick for the pad key number which she had already sent us - twice!). They provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the place. The spot is absolutely magic, with a view to die for overlooking not only the lagoon but also a UNESCO site mountain. It is just perfect! The place is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is super comfortable, the outside shower is something one must not miss, and the quaint veranda overlooking the lagoon is excellent. I know I am repeating myself, but the location is just incredible - you literally hear the waves licking against the side of the room at night and wake up with a lagoon literally at your feet. Annick had excellent restaurant recommendations and for the overall area, and was of great help. Thanks Annick and Jean-Pierre for opening the doors of Harmonie to us. We had a wonderful weekend and will be back for sure (we will order some extra sun next time)

All rooms have a private bathroom. Le Gite du Bonheur Guest House & Car Rental has rooms which has its private balcony that overlooks the Sea, Swimming Pool and Mountain. We liked everything about the place. From the cleanliness of the property, spacious rooms, the great facilities, and the hospitality of the staff. This guest house has so much to offer. Great gym and spa facilities. Big swimming pool and a nice jacuzzi.

If you want to have a luxury experience then this place isn't the place to be for you. It is like a homestay, there's everything you need. The location is really good, the beach and restaurant are walking distance (within 7 min) The hosts are really friendly and helpful. Some reviews said the internet speed is low. But I could work smoothly(I didn't use video or voice call though) We didn't use kitchen for cooking. Gus stove with oven and pots are there. The washing machine isn't attached inside of your room, but it is outside for use. I am sure we will be back here if we come to Mauritius again !
