Beautiful backyard garden with seating area. Theresa is a wonderful helpful host with the best little dog Booking that greets you!! I love that she has maps available, free water, book exchange. There’s a little shared kitchen with coffee tea fridge sink toaster microwave kettle and you could buy beers or sodas if you like on an honour system. Room is clean comfortable and spacious. We booked a family studio which had a king bed and full size fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Next time we’d likely just get a room and use the shared kitchen as we didn’t cook much.

Super staff, really friendly and helpful. Felt secure, staff monitoring the front all the time. Spacious room, quiet courtyard setting despite being on the corner of two busy streets, hot shower, huge comfortable bed, good air-con. A substantial breakfast made to order with fresh fruit and different menu choices every day (stayed four nights), served at a large dining table with the other guests which allowed us to socialise and make friends with another couple. Very pleasant and private garden, well-maintained, clean pool, block out curtains, drinking water and coffee pods. Easy walk to town centre.

Had such a great stay at Carlotta guesthouse. I booked it very last minute and Leydi was super helpful and organised someone to meet me for check in. Everything was explained so well. The room has everything you need - a balcony, a nice bathroom and a reasonable sized bedroom with access to a small kitchenette. Leydi offered lots of great recommendations of places to eat and where to visit around the island. She even organised for a scooter to be dropped off at the guesthouse the next morning for me to rent which made my short trip such a breeze! Unfortunately the power on the island went out at 4am and the aircon wouldn't work which made it impossible to sleep but obviously not the hosts fault!

The room was really spacious, had very comfortable beds and was very clean. The property has a nice garden and swimmig pool which is of a very good size. My children and us loved all the parrots and birds around. The breakfast was delicious. Hugo, the receptionist gave us some excellent advice regarding local beaches and was always ready to answer questions. Security is also very good. We had a great time and would come back any time.

Our room was so very large and beautiful. The view is amazing. The beach is so beautiful. We got to swim and float in the most beautiful blue water.
