Such a beautiful and interesting hotel. Breakfast was simple but delicious and plentiful. Our loft room was super quirky (loved the light fitting and decor- see photos), quite large, the bed was comfy and there were books in it- which I always love! Staff were so helpful with personal suggestions for places to eat and see. A lovely touch to offer a take out breakfast for our early flight home too. Thanks for an amazing stay in your fantastic city- We loved it!

The hosts received us with activities suggestions, maps of local sights and eateries and were open to accommodating our extra needs. The location was really convenient on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the main area. Cozy hip coffeeshops are right on the corner as well as places preferred by Georgetown locals. Key destinations such as Armenian street or famous jetis are also very conveniently close. The shared spaces and rooms are beautifully designed with a minimalistic approach. The room and facilities were particularly clean and we would surely stay here again!

It is a self-check in guest house with codes given in our message. The rooms were very nice. The bathroom was not attached and was across the hall, but it was not a problem, and it was extremely clean. They provided us with fresh bread which was fabulous. The decor of the place was very nice with its old-world charm retained. The neighborhood was little loud, but it was not a big problem. Would recommend this guest house highly. However, parking near the place is a little challenge. Bike parking can be managed somehow. Car parking could be an issue.

Explored the grounds lots—including the lovely local dogs. The pool is a really nice touch
