The accommodation is non-smoking. Enkhuisen was by far, our favourite place in the Netherlands. Beautiful, peaceful, uncrowded and authentic. Everything is within walking distance. We took the steamtram and boat for a leisurely, fun and historic journey to the town - (Keep your luggage to a minimum if bringing eg store big bags at Amsterdam Centraal, Sloterdijk storage is unreliable) Families with young kids thoroughly enjoyed the fun activities along the way as did we (an older couple). In addition to wonderful walks, Enkhuisen the town has the best museum (Zuiderzee) - a living, breathing historic collection of homes and businesses dating back around a hundred years ago showing what life was like back then for the fishing community before the dike wall changed their way of life completely. A fascinating, absorbing trip through time. So much to see and do. Now, the accommodation: Absolutely wonderful, our hosts Ellen and Dirk, could not have been more helpful and kind. They did everything possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable. And the accommodation itself was an utter delight - spacious, comfortable bed, great shower, gorgeous view out over the canal and awesome breakfast choices. We would encourage everyone to come here to experience the best of the Netherlands. We would love to come again.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Molkwerum, B&B Stations Koffiehuis features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. They are so hospitable! Booking accident gave us to book a room at 8pm, which was sudden for owners as that had “no past 6pm bookings”. Still they woke at 11 pm, when we ringed in and gave as a room and everything needed!

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that Ilse and Jan had poured their hearts into creating a welcoming and enchanting haven for their guests. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was simply remarkable. The room was beautifully adorned, boasting a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. It was clear that Ilse and Jan had thought of every little touch to ensure a truly memorable experience. Their warm and genuine hospitality was what truly made the stay exceptional. Isle and Jan greeted us with smiles that made us feel instantly at home. They took the time to get to know us, offering valuable insights into the local area and suggesting hidden gems to explore. The tranquil ambiance of De Kamer combined with the heartfelt hospitality of Ilse and Jan, created an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. A microwave, a fridge and minibar are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Guests can enjoy a meal at an outdoor dining area at the bed and breakfast. Host Marielle was lovely and welcoming. The very clean room was roomy with a king size comfortable bed and a big bathroom with walk in shower. Very quiet location. Breakfast was great with different choices of breads, yoghurt, muesli, eggs, toppings and fruit. The mall bar fridge in the hall outside the room was a bonus to keep some of our own stuff cold. Definitely recommend.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. The house is very cosy and very well-cleaned. All the information was sent the day before the check-in. Breakfast is super good. I absolutely recommend it!

This property was exceptional. There was a real love and attention to detail in the way that the apartment was set up. Breakfast was awesome and the host and hostess were very friendly and efficient.

The property offers quiet street views. We loved our stay in the B&B, the decoration is nice, authentic, fits well with the village feel, the bed was comfortable, the hosts were very nice and the breakfast was really good. With various options to chose for. The village itself is so cute it looks out of a fairy tale. I would recommend to anyone :)

Patrick is a wonderful host and greeted the 6 of us to explain everything required during our 3 night stay. All 3 bedrooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Unique place to stay with a recording studio underneath which Patrick showed us. The accommodation has a lovely open plan kitchen - lounge/dining area. Breakfast is set for you each morning and you can have it at your own leisure. Eggs Bread Cakes Yoghurt Juice and various meats included. Location is about 10-15 min leisurely walk to Volendam. You can get a ferry return from Volendam to a beautiful little town - Markem island. Overall we all had a great time.
