Very nice place, old farmhouse but all renewed in new style, very beautiful . Few minute drive to next town, Asten. The beds are very good and everything taking good care of. Quiet and nice. We liked to visit the horses and the chickens. We liked the fields around. A nice place to relax.

A beautiful converted dairy in a small village , next to a working windmill, what’s not to like ,😀 there is a pub/restaurant and a small take a way food shop. There is also a world class equestrian site . We opted to have breakfast there wasn’t a choice but we had fresh fruit with yogurt ,bolied egg with a section of cheese and meat and assorted bread and pastries all served with a choice of tea or coffees . The B&B de oude melkfabriek were extremely accommodating as we made a short notice booking with them as the B n B we had previously booked which was on our tour route unfortunately became flooded and they had to cancel our stay . This B&B is also a short drive or a long walk to Achel Monastery where there is a shop and restaurant. Although you will find a lot of places are closed on a Monday .

"I had an amazing stay , The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spacious, the washroom was generous in size, and the breakfast was delicious. The owners were friendly and generous. We were greeted with chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne. The best accommodation on our ten night trip throughout Europe. The local village was very pretty, about 20 minutes walk away.
