Sakrisøy Gjestegård - Manor House in Sakrisøy - Solbakken anno 1880 is housed in a former manor house dating back to 1880 and is located in the area of Moskenes. We ended up being upgraded to a waterfront cabin but regardless of where you stay in Reine the scenery there is absolutely gorgeous. We even caught the aurora!

Nyksund feels like its at the end of the world and we loved it. And the hotel was perfect. Super cosy room and a separate guest area with picture window. You could just sit there for hours watching the kittiwakes. Staff were totally wonderful. Food exceptional. Wish we could stay longer

The place is so piecefull and quiet. I got a small but comfortable room upstairs in the 2nd floor. It was great! The toilet and bathroom are in the ground floor, so expect stairs up and down, but no problem for me.

We enjoyed a room with views of the mountains. The shared living room is spacious and cozy with library, records colletion and decorated with artistic items. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a toaster and a mini coffee machine that made rainy mornings delightful. Spatious shower room with washing machine. The house itself is cozy and steeped in history; as the owner explained, it used to be a telegraph station. The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and interesting people. The next time we visit the Lofoten Islands, we will undoubtedly choose this place to stay again. Thank you, Angela and Kenneth!

Would be a great place for several couples, friends or family to gather.

Had a sitting area with a table, and private bathroom which was great. The hosts were gracious and had made me breakfast. The home is located by a lake which and there are some chairs in the yard that made it a nice place to sit and relax. Big plus on the friendly cat, Millie. It was probably the best place I stayed at in the Lofotens as it had an air of being a home and not a guesthouse.

Location of the house offers great views and nature. Shower offers stream from few sides and it was great.
