The property features lake views and is 6.5 km from Queenstown Event Centre and 13 km from Lake Wakatipu. The Remarkables is 23 km away and Shotover River is 25 km from the bed and breakfast. This B&B ranks as one of our favourite of all time! The location was amazing - on quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The view from our bedroom was gorgeous, with beautiful sunsets over the lake and mountains. The room was spacious, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and complementary coffee/tea. The bathroom was large, and had a spectacular walk-in shower with a bench. There was also a heated towel rack. Best of all, was the attentiveness of our host, David. He answered messages promptly, and gave us advice on sights, restaurants, shopping, etc. He even offered to do our laundry for a nominal fee. Parking is available just outside the BnB. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Look no further!

On the host's recommendation, we dined at the Lumberjack cafe (reservations required) - a truly spectacular meal. Overall, great value for the money.
