The Sunsetter lies in a great spot just after the mangrove overlooking the sea 🌊 It’s quite at night and with a proper airco it also guarantees a good nights sleep in the humid environment.

LOVED our stay. Perfect location for a bit of peace and quiet. Pipa beach restaurant and a beautiful beach is a 5 min walk away. Carlo & his wife prepared us an amazing breakfast spread every morning and we're so sweet. Can't wait to come back and visit in BOQUETE 🩷 Thank you again!!

Our stay at Riva was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived,Ania made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm hospitality and attention to detail. The property itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The breakfast was simply delicious - fresh, homemade, and the perfect way to start the day. Ania also went above and beyond by giving us fantastic tips on things to do and, more importantly, what to avoid to ensure we had the best experience without falling for any tourist traps. Adding to the charm of Riva were her adorable pets a sweet dog Lucian and two lovely cats who made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality, this is it! Everything was perfect, and if we ever go again to Bocas we will stay here! Highly recommended!

We totally recommend this place! The entire staff is amazing and they are doing their best to make you feel like home. We had a great time there! The food from the restaurant is the best that you can find on the island. I want to give a feedback about the room that is under the kitchen because I saw many comments about that room. We had that room and it was no issue in terms of noise. Cheers guys!

Hostal Hansi is in Bocas del Toro, 17 minutes' walk from El Istmito Beach. It is 50 meters from the docks. All rooms are private, some have a terrace, TV, air conditioning and hot water. Clean, comfortable, small, helpful staff. I would definitely return.

Located on Bocas del Toro, Barrbra BnB Over The Sea is a 2 story house built directly over the sea. The house includes 4 rooms on the 2nd floor. Quiet and peaceful location, with comforting and welcoming community spaces. Really an incredible place to stay.

Mosana Reef Garden B&B is set in Bluff Beach, 5 km from Bocas Town and 26 km from Buena Vista. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. In comparison to two other accommodations, Mosana was our highlight. If I had known about them prior, I would have made different accommodations for most of the time in Bocas del Toro and stay with them. Nadia and Salvatore are excellent hosts. Our room had a comfortable bed, bath and outside patio with kitchen accessories and a small refrigerator means you can stay here for a number of days very comfortably. A sea level concrete deck outside offers guests sunbathing and access to the water for wading and swimming. A few steps away a covered patio stands along the coast line adjacent to the kitchen area where Breakfast and dinner can be served. The food prepared is very good-excellent! Prices good! I would return here in the future.

Nicolas and his wife Ange were great hosts and provided lovely breakfast on outside decking. Beautiful spot for sunset. Warm and friendly with excellent library and board games. The eco-friendly B&B Dolphin Bay Hideaway features a wooden terrace with hammocks, plus garden and Dolphin Bay views. It is located on Cristobal Island, 20 minutes’ boat trip from Bocas del Toro. Right place for spending fantastic holidays away from the crowds of Bocas del Toro. Nice, colorful clean rooms, view over the bay where you can see dolphins jumping. Brian and Amy are just marvelous hosts that offer very interesting tours (snorkeling, dolphin spotting etc.) at fair prices and excellent food (on a long table with the other guests). It is not only called Dolphin Bay, there are really a lot of those noble creatures, apart from sloths, frogs, humming birds etc. Highly recommendable if you look for sustainable tourism (no plastic, renewable energy and careful usage of water).

The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool area is superb — spacious, beautifully designed, and the perfect place to unwind. From the deck, you can often spot monkeys in the surrounding trees, an unforgettable experience (just don’t feed or touch them). The lodge is about 10 minutes from Bocas town, with taxis easy to find for $1–2 per ride, so you get peace and quiet without being far from restaurants, bars, and activities. There are also nice dining options within walking distance. If you want comfort, tranquility, and nature while still being close to town, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended.
