Packed lunches are available for excursions. Location is top top! The fact that you can do many other activities within the hotel area was really cool! Restaurant had great food and waiters were super helpful. Really appreciated that the hotel does for local communities.

Rooms here have heating and air conditioning. They include cable TV with satellite TV and private bathrooms with hairdryer. Additionally, some room offer city views depending on availability. A laundry service is available. Everything was perfect. The room is beautiful and the view to the city was perfect. The staff were also very nice and always willing to help with whatever we needed.

Shuttle service is available only from the airport to the property, upon request and for a surcharge. Breakfast was amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice - clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good. The location of the hotel is great - just a quick walk to the main square, but on a quiet street.

From the first day until I left the hotel, the attention of the staff was 10. The room was very nice and clean. enough towels. hot drinks 24 hours. which helps a lot for altitude sickness. From start to finish he was always present, with great communication and really cared about making our stay the most comfortable. He really pays attention to details and all staff are very nice. Breakfast is great, he prepares it individually to each guest. He helped with tips and even prepared a very special dinner to celebrate the Independence of Peru, it was a lovely night with authentic and delicious Peruvian dish. Last but not least, this was the best shower we had in all our stay in Peru.
