Excellent communication both prior to the trip and once on the site (providing maps, directions, restaurant and sightseeing recommendations). The property is nice and clean, located only a few minutes from the beach and a short walk to the center of Miraflores, in a nice and safe area. Delicious breakfast too! I would certainly stay here again.

I needed help with my flight that was canceled that couldnt been solved with the app, and the nice lady called the airline company with her phone and helped me arrange another flight, I had to stay an extra night and got a nice discount.

There were not many stores and restaurants nearby. We ordered delivery food. They have a kitchen in the common area and we were able to find some utensils. The owner is a very nice guy. He gave us a lift to the airport at 5am for only 25 soles.

This is a lovely homey feeling hotel, with very comfortable rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. Location was nice, in a quiet neighborhood, but easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a great way to start each day.

Boasting a bar and a shared lounge, Ana Frank Boutique Hotel is situated in Lima, 700 meters from Huaca Pucllana and 300 meters from Kennedy Park. Frank was AMAZING! The hotel is a small boutique and truly lives up to its title. Frank was incredibly nice, highly communicative, and a lovely person overall. I absolutely adored his guidebook. Everything was clean and surprisingly well-maintained. While breakfast wasn't extravagantly fancy, it was satisfying enough. The hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to Parque Kennedy, the heart of Lima.

There was a kitchenette, kettle and teas as well as fruit and water left in the mini fridge, all wonderful after a late arrival. Shower was also great. Very budget friendly and close to the airport. Lidia and her husband are wonderful hosts and happy to offer advice and help when required.

El Patio Miraflores is a family-owned bed and breakfast in Lima, only 1 km from Larcomar shopping mall. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Beautiful original Peruvian homes. Had a kettle, seating terrace. Clean rooms very helpful staff. The chef provided tasty breakfast. Best accomodation in the 2 weeks in Peru. Also very safe behind locked gates. Muchos Grathias.
