I needed help with my flight that was canceled that couldnt been solved with the app, and the nice lady called the airline company with her phone and helped me arrange another flight, I had to stay an extra night and got a nice discount.

There were not many stores and restaurants nearby. We ordered delivery food. They have a kitchen in the common area and we were able to find some utensils. The owner is a very nice guy. He gave us a lift to the airport at 5am for only 25 soles.

All of the staff were super warm and friendly! The room on the 4th floor was spacious, modern, very clean and quiet. The bed was comfy, huge TV, we liked that it had a fridge/minibar. Hot showers and strong WiFi. 15-20 min walk to the beach and main plaza, was also 10 min walk from the bus/colectivo area. Breakfast was included (fresh papaya juice, tea/coffee and bread rolls) and we really appreciated that they swapped out the scrambled eggs for avocado since we’re vegan :)

The location is convenient, central, and safe. Lucia and Janet were both helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was quick, delicious, and varied. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is extremely clean and nicely decorated. It is nicer than the photos. If you want to get a good night's sleep, this is an excellent choice in terms of comfort and quiet. I also liked how they gave me a key to the outside door, so I never had to wait for someone to open it. Particularly recommended for solo women travelers.

Boasting a bar and a shared lounge, Ana Frank Boutique Hotel is situated in Lima, 700 meters from Huaca Pucllana and 300 meters from Kennedy Park. Everything. We had an amazing stay! The owner is super friendly and was extremely helpful. If we ever come back to Lima, we most definitely stay here again.

Everything. It was a pleasant stay. My room was very comfortable and lovely. The view from the balcony was nice. I love Luna (the dog at the property); so cute! The cats there were lovely, too. Breakfast was good. I had fruits, bread, yogurt, hot chocolate, tea and more. The location is good despite the steep road on the way to the property. Even though the area might seem unsafe, I wasn't worried about walking up the hill even at night. It's a relaxed and quiet area.

There was a kitchenette, kettle and teas as well as fruit and water left in the mini fridge, all wonderful after a late arrival. Shower was also great. Very budget friendly and close to the airport. Lidia and her husband are wonderful hosts and happy to offer advice and help when required.
