I cannot say enough about how AMAZING our stay was at this guesthouse! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was amongst the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! For example, when we asked what we should do in our short time in Manila, they quickly and eagerly wrote out an itinerary for us, including answering our many questions about how to ride local transport, etc. After we expressed an interest in their garden, the lovely owner took us on a tour of her hydroponic operation, cutting fresh greens and offering us a delicious salad! The room was perfect, with everything we could want, and the whole property was beautifully decorated and very lovely!

Located in a prestigious neighbourhood in the heart of Metro Manila, New Manila Suites features free WiFi throughout the property. Free parking is available on-site. An architectural jem, such attention to details and quality materials, comfortable beds and real cotton linen, beautiful soft lights, perfect for long stay. Feel like at home, with a big kitchen available for cooking (plus kitchenette in the room) and green garden to forget you are in a busy noisy city. We will be coming back!

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Check-in was smooth and easy, and communication throughout was excellent. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway. Would absolutely book again in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

She was also very efficient and systematic in handling communications and paperwork and there was very little room for delays and misunderstandings. Check-in was smooth and easy. The location is just right on the border of Makati with the right mix of commercial, business, and residential areas. There was great value for money.

It's in a fantastic location – just 20 minutes to the airport via the skyway, making it super convenient for travelers. SM MOA is also nearby, which is great for shopping and dining. Plus, there's a supermarket right across the street, so everything you need is just a step away. Overall, easy access to everything, and I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!
