The garden was also a wonderful touch, adding to the peaceful ambiance. Since we visited during the quiet season, it felt like we had the whole villa to ourselves, which made the experience even more special. The staff, especially Manuela, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and filling, served in the cozy living room by the fireplace, making for a perfect start to the day. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!

The breakfast was good, the coffee was perfect, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is great, polite and helpfull. There is a tram station right in front of the hotel, but walking to plaça do comercio is a 10 15 minute walk. We recomend the hotel. We also recomend day trips to Sintra and Cascais...must see!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff, Rita and Nuno, really made us feel at home, as if we were staying with family. They did whatever they could to make us feel comfortable, and they were extremely helpful. There was always coffee and snacks in the breakfast room. We also enjoyed the neighborhood: it's proximity to shopping, restaurants and the Metro.

Enjoying a privileged location in the historic center of Lisbon, the property is a former palace whose construction dates back to the 16th century. This boutique hotel combines modern comfort with a classic atmosphere. The stay was phenomenal. The service from the staff was excellent. Special compliments to Marcos at the reception who was very kind and interested in helping with the choice of how to see the city, as well as compliments to Clara who is the PR of the hotel and a wonderful Fado singer who gives tourists an insight into the history and what Fado is. Every morning, the day begins with the sound of the piano and violin, so I recommend experience. The Palace Hotel has and is long owned by one family, and everything in the facility represents how it used to be in the old rich houses of Lisabon. It's like you're in a fairy tale.

Bica FLH Suites is located in the historical centre of Lisbon, within the famed Bica neighbourhood. The building which was an art gallery since the fifties, was refurbished in the beginning of 2017.

A continental breakfast is served every morning, also there is a wide range of restaurants and bars in the surroundings. This Bed and Breakfast is located halfway between Chiado and Bairro Alto. The staff were the highlight of Bica FLH. In addition to their warm welcome and general helpfulness and charm, they gave outstanding recommendations for dinner spots and even made reservations. They allowed us to leave extra baggage in their storage area while we were on our bike ride. The breakfast was nice and additionally, teas, coffee, and snacks are available 24hrs a day. The rooms were comfortable. Some rooms are louder than others due to street noise (mostly late night people) but earplugs are provided.
