The accommodation is located in a small town that serves as a great starting point for trips, for example, to the volcano or for hiking in the mountains. The stay exceeded our expectations; the hosts are absolutely wonderful people who gave us an amazing welcome. You practically have the whole house at your disposal, including a jacuzzi and on-site parking in the courtyard. Breakfast was sufficient, and for a small extra charge, the host offered dinner, which we shared with other guests. it turned out to be a truly memorable experience.

I had the honor to be the first guest of La Maison Verde!! 😃 Not everything was finished yet, but I think this will be a great place in the future with a very warm-hearded and nice host, who does everything to make her guests feel comfortable. Breakfast with fried rice, cake, joghurt, bread, jam and fruits - and of course coffee - was also super delicious and plenty.. I would go back next time when on La Réunion! 😊

Located in La Plaine Des Cafres ( La Grande ferme ), Chambres et Table d'hôte Les Hortensias features a garden and a terrace. All rooms have a terrace with a mountain view. The location was good for getting an early start for Piton de la Fournaise. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. The room is small but it's snug and comfortable. Guests can sit in the lovely garden.
